Time To Say 'NO!'
The Taylor Wimpey applications for up to 950 new builds on the Green Belt in Normandy, along with the associated one for 'Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace' (SANG), have now been published on the Guildford Borough Council (GBC) website and are open for public consultation, under the references 25/P/01725 and 25/P/01726 respectively.

Taylor Wimpey: How to Object
In the pdf below we have posted a short guide for all stakeholders on how to comment effectively on the outline planning application when it appears, focusing on material considerations.
We will update this guide once the application is validated by Guildford Borough Council and appears on their website for inspection, so please watch this space.
Normandy says 'NO' to Taylor Wimpey!
A survey of those on our mailing list, conducted during September, revealed strong opposition to Taylor Wimpey's plans to build hundreds of houses on precious Green Belt land in Normandy. Of the 336 responses received, 317 (93.4%) were against, 18 (5.4%) were undecided, and 1 (0.3%) was in favour.
NAG Response to EIA Scoping Request
The file below contains the NAG response to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Request submitted by Savill's as a precursor to a formal planning application from Taylor Wimpey regarding its proposal to build 'up to 950 dwellings' on Green Belt land in Normandy.
Guide to the Planning Framework
Over 130 people attended our planning seminars held on 5, 12, and 23 September in Normandy Village Hall (our thanks to the Trustees for making it available for this purpose).
The seminars were designed to demystify the local planning framework, in the context of widespread concern among local residents about potential major housing developments on Green Belt land in Normandy.
