On 28 February we submitted our Objection to Taylor Wimpey's planning application 25/P/01725, and on 12 March to 25/P/01726. You can read both in the pdfs attached, below.

The former is a detailed, technical objection, with five annexes on:

A – NPPF: Grey Belt, Footnote 7, Inappropriate Development, and Very Special
Circumstances
B - Infrastructure and Sustainability
C - Surface Water, Flood, Drainage, and Sewerage
D - Habitat and Biodiversity
E – Heritage and Design

It was produced with input from a group of people who live in the village who either already had the relevant expertise or who made it their business to acquire it. We believe it articulates a number of solid reasons why the application is flawed and should be refused. 

The second, relating to the associated SANG, is shorter and forms a single document.
