You might have noticed a large metal structure rising from the cleared grazing land at Clasford Farm adjacent to the A323 and alongside the business units at Clasford Stables, as the development for commercial growing of bedding plants and vegetable plants takes place. The application [17/P/00835] was approved by Guildford Borough Council in September 2017, where the officer report concluded that the proposal was an appropriate development in the Green Belt.
